Heath joined Lloyd Lumber in 1996. He has been designing homes in the Mankato area since 1994. His knowledge of structure and functionality, along with his desire to set industry trends in this area have established him as a premier home designer.
Ann joined Lloyd Lumber in 2005. She has been in the Drafting / Design field since 1986. Trends and styles of homes have evolved a lot in 20 years. Ann makes it a priority to understand homeowners needs, and creates the spaces to suit those needs.
Julie joined Lloyd Lumber in 2003. She has been in the architectural field in Mankato since 1996. Her passion for design and functionality, are establishing her as the home designer of choice for today's character driven homes.
